Ok, so I disparaged Crunch's Disco Yoga class in my previous post, but here's something cool they have done with the airline Jet Blue: an in-flight yoga instruction card. Even if you're not flying Jet Blue, you can download the instructions from their website. Perfect for your Labor Day traveling.

An even better In-Flight Yoga class is available from http://www.Yogi2Go.com. They have an entire suite of 3 classes you can download to your ipod. I used it on may last (14 hr) flight to Thailand and it worked wonders!
