I've often joked that if you attend some yoga classes, particularly in New York, where I live, you'd think yoga was a competitive sport. Of course, this is antithetical to the spirit of yoga, right? Yoga is by its very nature non-competitive, right? Well, it looks like the winners of the Yoga Championships might disagree.
