Pose of the Week

This week there are two poses of the week (bonus!), so you can take your pick. Knees, Chest, and Chin follows in the vinyasa sequence after Plank Pose for beginners, while advanced students should try Chaturanga Dandasana, which requires more arm strength. Happy practicing!
