Headstand - Salamba Sirsasana is the Pose of the Week

In yoga, poses often have a "counter pose." This means that you can increase the benefits of a certain pose when it is done in opposition to another pose. For instance, Shoulderstand is a counter pose to Headstand. In this case, any crunching of the neck brought on by the Headstand is counteracted by the stretching of the neck in Shoulderstand.
