Warrior II - Virabhadrasana II is the Pose of the Week

While doing Warrior II, practice some Warrior breaths. On the inhale bring your hands up through your heart center and stretch them towards the ceiling. On the exhale open the arms back out into the classic pose. Do this continuously for about five Ujjayi breaths.
