Extended Side Angle Pose - Utthita Parsvakonasana is the Pose of the Week

Extended Side Angle shows up on a bunch of the Poses by Anatomical Focus lists because it's a pose that works so many parts of the body. It opens the chest, stretches the hamstrings and shoulders, and strengthens the legs. If you're feeling ho-hum about this pose, maybe you're ready for some variations.
