Fish Pose - Matsyasana is the Pose of the Week

The phrase "heart center," often used in yoga, can mean more than just the middle of your chest. Poses that open the heart take the physical sensation of stretching the front of the body and translate it into a psychological sensation of well-being and generosity. Fish Pose - Matsyasana is a chest opener that can be enhanced by using visualization. Imagine a cord pulling your heart up towards the ceiling and feel the pose expand and grow.
