Wheel Pose – Urdhva Dhanurasana is the Pose of the Week

Everyone else may call it a backbend, but in yoga it's known as Wheel Pose. The sanskrit name, Urdhva Dhanurasana, translates as Upward Bow, which makes sense when you look at Bow Pose. It's also one of yoga's most intense poses, requiring both strong arms and a flexible back.
