More Poses that Stimulate the Thyroid

Plow Pose, which can be done with the feet resting on a chair, and Bridge, which can be done with a block supporting the sacrum, are poses that stimulate the thyroid and are suitable for beginners. But keep in mind that the isolated performance of any yoga pose cannot "cure" disease. Rather, it is important to do these poses as part of a regular, sustained routine of yoga and only when appropriate for your physical condition.
