A Strong Foundation

Some of yoga's most challenging poses aren't the inversions and arm balances, but rather the standing poses we practice all the time. These poses are often held for longer periods and require a strong foundation. To get the really strong legs you need, try engaging and drawing up the quadriceps in all the standing poses in this sequence.
