Child's Pose - Balasana is the Pose of the Week

Sometimes the most difficult poses require mental strength rather than physical strength. This is the case with Child's Pose. Though anyone can do this pose, it's actually easier for beginners to admit that they need the break than it is for advanced students. When you can leave the ego behind and make use of Child's Pose when you need it, you will be honoring the noncompetitive spirit of yoga.
