Frequent Flier Yoga

Ana Forrest has a brief piece in today's New York Times (registration required) about doing yoga on an airplane. Interestingly, she mentions Firefly Pose, which happens to be the Pose of the Week, but I get the feeling she might be talking about a different pose than I am (this happens quite often as the poses have multiple names and translations), since I can't imagine teaching Firefly to children on an airplane as she recounts. Then again, she is Ana Forrest, so who knows!
