Take the Bind

Thursday July 20, 2006
Bound yoga postures often include an arm variation in which one arm is brought around the body to grasp the other arm or sometimes a foot. There are many different ways this can be done, and it always increases the difficulty of the pose. Bound Half Lord of the Fishes is a good first bind because you don't risk losing balance as in some other poses. Bound Side Angle Variation is another common bound pose.
