Tree Pose - Vrksasana is the Pose of the Week

Here's a variation on Tree Pose to try out. Come into the pose with the raised leg (let's say it's the left leg) in a half lotus position with the top of the left foot at the right hip crease. If you can, reach the left arm behind your back and grasp the left big toe with your left hand taking the bind. To take the pose even deeper, begin to come into a forward bend, eventually bringing the right hand to the floor.
