Camel Pose - Ustrasana is the Pose of the Week

Camel Pose is endowed with one of my favorite yoga attributes: adaptability. The most flexible students can probably take hold of their ankles with the tops of their feet flat on the floor as shown in this photo. If this is too much, try tucking the toes under to raise the heels. If the hands still don't reach, try taking a block under each hand.
