Note to Self - Take Break, Stretch Back

Thursday August 17, 2006
About Guide to Back Pain Anne Asher has a great new back stretch you can do at your desk while sitting in your office chair. It's great to do this a few times a day to help yourself relax and recharge, not to mention prevent repetitive stress injuries. I also suggest doing modified seated Cat-Cow Stretches.

Back pains has long been my problem. It even strikes even if I’m not doing anything. I would usually use medical patches to help ease the pain but it seldom works. Maybe I should try those Cat- cow stretches and see how it works.

Hi Tina,
Another good place to start is with pelvic tilts. Anne Asher also has instructions for how to do these.
