Why wait until five o'clock to do yoga when you can incorporate these yoga inspired desk stretches at any time during your day? If your boss gives you any flack, make sure to tell him or her that you are actually improving your productivity. Desk jockeys rejoice!

Thanks for posting! I sit at a desk 9-10 hours a day at work. Ugh! I need to get in the habit of getting up and stretching more often, exercising my eyes and yoga in my cube.
