Ear Pressure Pose - Karnapidasana is the Pose of the Week

Karnapidasana feels really good after a Shoulderstand. Pressing the knees against the ears shuts out the noise of the room for a few minutes so you can experience a brief moment of Pratiyahara (the fifth of yoga's eight limbs).
