Ashtanga Jump Through is the Pose of the Week

Sunday October 21, 2007
This week's pose isn't really a pose at all; it's a transition between poses, a way to get from downward facing dog to staff pose that is quick, but not at all easy. This transition is done many times in an Ashtanga class and is called a jump through. Check out this video on FitSugar for a great visual and instruction on how to start practicing jump throughs.
