Bow Pose - Dhanurasana is the Pose of the Week

Once upon a time, I used to dread bow pose. I'm not really a bony person, but I actually got bruises on my hips where they came into contact with the floor. A kindly yoga teacher suggested I place a yoga blanket, folded once or twice under my hips and thanks to this simple and effective solution, I've been briuse-free ever since. Try it, because who really needs any extra pain in their life?
