Just because celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Nicole Richie seem to bounce right back to their pre-pregnancy bodies doesn't mean that is the norm, in fact quite the opposite. A healthy approach to weight loss takes the long view, and postpartum yoga is a good place to start.
