Pendant Pose - Lolasana is the Yoga Pose of the Week

I've found that the key to lolasana is being able to hold the legs in a lotus position. Having the legs all wrapped up and contained makes them much easier to lift than if they are dangling around in a half lotus. Although that ten-breath lift at the end of the Ashtanga primary series is still a killer, no matter what position your legs are in.
