Reclined Big Toe Pose - Supta Padangusthasana Is the Yoga Pose of the Week

Here's a fun way to get in to supta padangusthasana.
  • Begin in sleeping vishnu, lying on your side.
  • Keeping hold of your big toe (or a strap around your foot), roll on to your back.
  • That's it! Repeat on the other side.
