Does Yoga Make You Sore?

Almost everyone who tries yoga experiences a little soreness the first time (or ten). Don't let this put you off! You're just stretching muscles that probably haven't seen the light of day before. Rest up a bit, but the key to avoiding sore muscles is to practice regularly, so don't wait too long to try again.

Haha, yes itīs true, before I had my first time Yog I thought it would be very easy and was afraid to find it boring… Well.. now I can say: the first time you sore a lot.

Yes! I started yoga not long ago and I am sore. It’s not a debilitating kind of soreness, just around my hips and lower back.
