Pelvic Tilts Are the Yoga Pose of the Week

I'm getting over a summer cold (the worst, right?) so I've been taking it easy for a few days. I'm not one to go to a tough class when I'm sick, but I do feel better if I do some stretching at home. Pelvic tilts are the perfect remedy for whatever ails ya. Try them- you'll be surprised just how good these tiny spinal movements feel.
