I need a new yoga routine, I think. I’m very left-brained and it drives me crazy to just “wing it,” so I worked out a routine that lasts about 30 minutes. The trouble is, I’ve been doing it (and nothing else) for a couple of years and would like to change it up. Can you suggest a routine that will stretch all my muscles (I do it after my weight training workout) and that will last about 30 minutes?
