Head to Knee Pose -Janu Sirsasana Is the Pose of the Week

Janu sirsasana is my favorite seated forward bend. Extending the legs one at a time allows me to go much deeper into this pose than in similar poses where both legs are extended together (see paschimottanasana), which results in a more satisfying hamstring stretch. See if the same is true for you.
