Now that we've shifted out of daylight savings time, the days suddenly seem much shorter. If you're running out of time to make it to a yoga class after work, this is a good time to explore doing yoga at home. Though some students find this idea daunting, it doesn't need to be. Just getting out your mat is sometimes the toughest part! Once you've overcome this hurdle, you can simply do some of your favorite stretches and poses, follow along with a video, or plan a basic sequence.
