Full Side Plank - Vasisthasana Is the Yoga Pose of the Week

If you are feeling like side plank is no big deal and you are pretty open in your hamstrings, it may be time to give full side plank a try. Take in easy on that hamstring though- a straight leg is not worth a pull that can take months to heal.
