Pyramid Pose - Parsvottonasana Is the Yoga Pose of the Week

Sunday November 23, 2008
When coming into pyramid pose from another standing pose (say, warrior II), be sure to note that the back foot should be stepped in quite a bit closer in pyramid. Take time to move the feet closer and square the hips to the front and you'll be able to get the full benefit of this intense hamstring stretch.
