Full King Dancer - Natarajasana Is the Yoga Pose of the Week

Isn't this full version of king dancer amazing? In order to do this pose, you have to combine balancing on one leg with a deep backbend and very open shoulders. Personally, the shoulders are the biggest issue for me. Here are a few shoulder openers that work that problem area. Look at cow face arms in particular.
