Something as simple as locating a yoga studio that is convenient to your house or office can ensure that you get to class more often. Here are some online resources that list studios by location and yoga style. Your local alternative newspaper or wellness magazine is also a good place to look for yoga studio listings (and possibly discounts so you can get yoga on the cheap).

Try Shantibird. It’s a new yoga search engine. Teachers are adding new classes everyday, and it seems pretty up-to-date.
