Fish Pose - Matsyasana is the Yoga Pose of the Week

Fish pose is a backbend and a big stretch for the throat. It's often taught as a follow up to shoulderstand, since it counters the compression of the throat and chest in that pose. Be sure to check out the advanced variations of fish, but avoid these if you have any neck trouble.
