With the new year comes a surge in yoga class attendance, as everyone puts their best effort into making good on those resolutions to improve their fitness and health. Unfortunately, the best intentions can result in some unpleasant consequences if you're not careful. I'm talking about soreness and even possibly injury from overdoing it. Read up on how to prevent and treat these conditions so you can stay on track with your yoga practice throughout the year.
