Bridge Pose - Setu Bandha Sarvangasana is the Pose of the Week

In my postpartum yoga practice, I have rediscovered my love of bridge pose. This pose is great for anyone with tight, hunched shoulders, whether from caring for a baby or spending long hours in front of the computer. Bridge turns that hunch inside out and it feels so good.
