The app revolution in well underway (that's applications for the iphone and ipod, in case you are late to the party like me), and that includes yoga apps. If you can recommend a yoga app you're using regularly to enhance your practice, leave a comment and I'll check into it and present an app roundup soon.

I use Yoga Deck and Yoga Stretch on my iPhone. I like them both and they come in especially handy when I’m traveling.
I don’t use any apps, but I have found a great portable customizable system at myyoga2go.com
I love both technology and spirituality, and I think it’s cool that people can leverage apps for things like Yoga and meditation. That said, I don’t use any myself.
Despite the fact that I work full-time online, and even have a background in Web development, I make no effort to keep up with the latest and greatest personal advances like phone apps, etc. However if these little inventions help people stay connected to their personal path I think that’s fantastic.
Yogadownload.com !!!!
great in bargain ( I have the year subscription for …$25.oo unlimited downloads).
Great for living in rural areas with no class options!
Great in travel and portability:)
I’ve just looked into Yogadownload.com per the suggestion of ‘Arts in Appalachia’ and I am so happy to have found it. It seems like a great resource for using your laptop or MP3 player to guide your practice, and for those of us who are visual learners, there are screen slides and printable pose guides to accompany the verbal cues. I’ve listened to the Prenatal Yoga and the teacher is very pleasant. Thanks for asking the question and thanks for sharing the info!
