I got to participate in the global mala project event in Los Angeles two years ago, in 2007. It was brilliant. Four sets of 27 sun salutations were led by different teachers, one of whom was shiva rea. Donna de Lorean, wah!, and others played while we worked through the sun salutations. it was grueling and transformative.
