
Utkatasana is one of those poses that stirs up a lot of feelings. Generally, feelings like: how long is he/she going to hold us here? I hate this position. My thighs are on fire. Must. Straighten. Legs. Now! Which all means that this is one heckuva teachable moment. Instead of getting all worked up, try to focus on your breath and clear you mind. It might not work this time, but hey, one of these days, it just might.
