Should You Do Yoga When You're Sick?

I always advocate consistent practice as the key to getting the most out of yoga, but, like most rules, this one has exceptions. If you feel too sick for work or social engagements, my advice is to take a few days off yoga as well. Coincidentally, Aunt Yoga agrees with me. Here's her take on when to return to yoga after an illness.
