
Here's a little supta padangusthasana series I've been enjoying lately.
1. Begin lying on your back with your right leg up straight, using a strap to hold your foot if necessary.
2. Bring the strap into your right hand and extend the right leg to your right, towards the floor and your right shoulder. Move your hand down the strap to get a nice stretch.
3. Come back to center and then move the strap into your left hand. Bring your right leg over to the left side now. It's ok to roll a little to the left as you bring your left foot toward the floor.
4. Come back to center, marvel that your right leg is now longer than your left, and then repeat on the left side.
