It's always hard to find a good pose to recommend for Thanksgiving week. There's no turkey pose (that I know of), though I did try that angle one year. And there's nothing you'd really want to do after loading up your belly with food, besides couchasana. But since we still have pre-feast days of the week to work with, I decided on something with a little vigor to get you going. Based on the humble lunge, the change-up is more an action than a pose. You start in a lunge with the right foot forward, keep the hands where they are with the palms flat on the floor, and then jump to switch the left foot forward. Keep going, jumping and switching feet until you can do no more. Then relax and picture the big meal that you have coming.
