Most Recent Bikram Lawsuit Is Settled

ABC News has reported a settlement in the legal dispute between Bikram Choudhury and Greg Gumucio, who runs the Yoga To The People studios. Bikram sued Gumucio, a former protege, for unauthorized teaching of the Bikram Yoga 26 pose beginners series. The suit was resolved in a very similar way to previous Birkram cases: Gumucio agreed to stop teaching the series and Bikram agreed to drop the suit, which seems to uphold Bikram's copyright claims. ABC also took the opportunity to tease an upcoming "Nightlight" story on Bikram. Can't wait.
