Warm-Up With Eye of the Needle

If you ever get to yoga class a little early and want to look busy by doing a little warm-up stretch, this is the one: eye of the needle. It feels great and will help prepare you for any hip openers that come your way. If you are tight in the hips, just leave the bottom foot on the floor.
