As the new year gets underway, many people seek out a fresh start by doing an intensive period of exercise and dieting. Let's call it the boot camp approach. The Ultimate Yogi is a popular program in that vein. It's a series of DVDs that plans out 108 consecutive days of yoga for you to do at home. Daily meditation and the "Common Sense Food Program," which eliminates processed foods, round out the experience.
