As the weather warms up, we enter one of my favorite times of year: free yoga season. Seems like every park, cultural institution, and athletic-wear company wants to get in on the yoga game and there are free classes bursting out all over. Admittedly, this may not be the most consistent way to practice, but it can be a good way to check out local teachers and re-up your yoga after a winter of hibernation.

Workshops galore! I keep getting bombarded with them. I love the free ones. As Ann points out, this is a great way to check out different teachers AND styles. Even if you have one you love, it can’t hurt to try another.
