Plank tends to be one of those poses that we roll blithely through, our minds on the chaturanga that's right around the bend. But if you really take some time in plank, you'll see it's got some umph of its own. There's a reason it's considered an arm balance, and that it's included in our Michelle Obama special, the yoga for toned arms sequence. Enjoy!
