Hands and Knees Balance Variation

By August 18, 2013

Follow me on:

A new (to me) version of the classic hands and knees balance is this week's featured pose. After you arrive in the pose as pictured here, move your left arm 90 degrees to the left so that your arm is now perpendicular to your torso. Move your right leg 90 degrees to the right so that your leg is also perpendicular to your torso. Try to keep your leg level with your pelvis and maintain your balance.

Wonderful variation. I really felt this variation in my core.
