The Sacrum

Definition: The heavy, triangular shaped bone at the base of your spine. Your tailbone (coccyx), attaches to the bottom of the sacrum.
Examples:
Lie on your back and draw your knees into your chest. Keep the lower back and the sacrum pressing down into the floor.
