Coming Back After Pregnancy

Returning to a regular yoga practice after pregnancy and with a new baby in tow is a gradual process. Your doctor may say it's ok to exercise at 6 weeks, but how do you find the time and energy? This postpartum yoga diary records my journey after the birth of my second child.

1. Part 1: First Stretches Postpartum

In which, six months(!) postpartum, I return to my practice anew.
