1. While seated in Cobbler's Pose - Baddha Konasana, take a yoga strap around your waist.

2. Loop the strap so that it passes under your feet and rests under the ankles. Tighten the strap as much as is comfortable, keeping the knees out to either side.

3. Recline back into Goddess Pose.
